Welcome to Falls Pest Services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and communication with our team. By booking a service, submitting a form, or contacting us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Offered
Falls Pest Services provides pest control for residential and commercial properties across Eastern Idaho. Our services include general pest control, rodent control, bed bug treatments, mosquito management, and other seasonal or specialty treatments. Service availability may vary by location.
All services are provided by licensed and insured service professionals. Recommendations for follow-up treatments, service frequency, or product use are based on our professional assessment of your property and pest issue.
2. Scheduling & Access
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, web form, or email. You are responsible for ensuring property access at the scheduled time.
If we cannot access your property or are delayed due to locked gates, pets, or other obstructions, a rescheduling fee may apply.
We strive to arrive on time but reserve the right to adjust appointment windows due to service professional availability, weather, or unforeseen delays.
3. Service Warranty
Many of our services come with a limited service warranty. This means if pests return within a specified timeframe, we’ll come back to re-treat at no additional charge. Warranty terms may vary depending on the type of pest and treatment plan provided.
Warranty coverage does not apply to conditions outside of our control (e.g., new structural damage, food/waste left out, reintroduction by neighboring property, etc.).
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other standard payment methods.
Quotes provided before service are estimates based on the information available. Final pricing may vary depending on property size, pest severity, or required treatment methods.
Failure to pay within the agreed time may result in service suspension and collection actions.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can adjust our schedule.
Recurring service customers are welcome to pause or cancel at any time — we never require long-term contracts.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Follow safety instructions provided after treatment.
- Keep pets and children away from treated areas as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and property conditions that support pest prevention.
We are not responsible for treatment failure due to conditions not addressed after service professional recommendations.
7. Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related updates via phone, text, or email. Promotional messages are optional and can be opted out at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Falls Pest Services is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Pest activity arising from changes in conditions or failure to follow service professional advice.
- Damage caused by pests before or after treatment.
Our responsibility is limited to the cost of services rendered.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
